CarboStop 42 resin consists of modified isocyanates with additives. CarboStop 42 ACC is a catalyst mixture designed to adapt the reaction speed to the situation.
To adapt the reaction speed to the situation the accelerator CarboStop 42 ACC is added to the resin and mixed before pumping. The reaction starts after contact with water.
GEOFLEX HS Component A is a special sodium silicate with additives. GEOFLEX HS Component B is a modified polyisocyanate.
The curing of Component A results in a silicate, whilst smultaneously a solid polyisocyanurate/polyurea is formed from Component B. The mixture of these two Components creates a tough, elastic, solid silicate resin (organic-mineral resin).
CarboPur WX, Component A is a mixture of various polyols and additives which reacts with the B-component to form a tough/hard polyurethane resin. CarboPur, Component B is a polyisocyanate on the basis of 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI).

Tekflex products are based on mineral materials with special additives or polymers to achieve sufficient rigidity or required flexibility depending on the type of the application. Fibre reinforced, this product offers strengths over 55 MPa and can be used in conventional, dry-process shotcrete equipment. It is ideal where immediate structural strength is required.
Tekcrete™ Fast M was developed in response to customer demand for a shotcrete with effectively immediate strength on application. The product can be used with or without steel or polymer mesh, although the mesh will provide additional tensile and flexural strength. CarboCrackSeal products are slow-reacting, permanently flexible PU resins designed for civil structure applications.
They can be used for closing working joints and active cracks and for water stopping in active cracks of concrete, brickwork or natural stone structures.
The resins have CE approvals according to the standard EN 1504-5.
CarboPur WF, Component A is a mixture of various polyols and additives and component B is a polyisocyanate.
When the mixed resin penetrates the structure to be sealed, the water in the cracks and joints is displaced due to the hydrophoby and the viscosity of the resin. Traces of water make the resin foam.
