After several minutes, it becomes tack free and then rapidly increases in strength over next days.

The product can be used with or without steel or polymer mesh, although the mesh will provide additional tensile and flexural strength. Binding broken strata together for better structural integrity, Tekcrete™ Fast M can be used anywhere in a mine where conventional shotcrete is used and as with any coating or sealant.
Capcem™ KT is a rapid-hardening sealant coating that provides a protective layer to rock, concrete or coal surfaces which are susceptible to deterioration on exposure. Support strength develops rapidly after placement.
Capcem™ KT Fast 2C is a sealant coating that provides a protective, light grey layer to rock, coal, or concrete surfaces which are susceptible to deterioration on exposure. After mixing, the hardener triggers the polymerisation of the methacrylate yielding an elastic gel.
