We offer both steel and glass fibre reinforced polymer bolting products and accessories to stabilise the ground.
We have manufactured Lokset resin capsules since the late 1960's and are the leading supplier and innovator in this field. Our development and manufacturing ensures security of supply, service and support.
The Lokset system consists of an easily handled cartridge, containing a highly reinforced polyester resin component, together with its catalyst, in accurately measured quantities. The rotation of the bolt during installation ruptures the capsule, shreds the skin and mixes the two components causing a chemical reaction and transforming the resin mastic into a solid anchor.
The Lokset resin capsule series is available in multiple configurations of single/double length combinations, diameter, set time, set time combinations, viscosity and shelf life.
The oldest reference Minova has for Lokset® resin anchors was the strengthening of the London Heathrow Airport road access tunnel in 1963 to allow heavy jets to land. Since then there have been numerous applications across the world in mining applications, highway tunnels, civil applications and a submarine base.
The following types of bolts are available:
Cable bolts are made from cable of Ø18 mm and 1+6 structure in accordance with PN-71/M-80236 standard. The following types of bolt can be distinguished:
The cable lay of KL 18 K bolt was modified to form birdcage like bulbs of 100 mm in length and 26 ÷ 28 mm in diameter. This ensures a better force distribution affecting the cement grout around the cable. When filled with grout the cages act like stiff bulbs in relation to the cement face.
Cable bolts are made from cable of Ø15.5 or 18 mm in diameter and 1+6 structure. Upper end is cut by one side to perforate resin cartridges easier. Upper part cable was modified to achieve better load distribution on resin column around cable. When filled up with grout or resin the cages act like stiff bulbs in relation to the cement face.
Birdcages are designed to mix resin cartridges. In the lower part there is stiffening tube and tensioning sleeve. Both items are solid jointed. Tensioning sleeve with the wedge work as clamp. Bottom is ended with hexagonal adapter to rotate the bolt. Rubber seal on the cable used only when installed with the resin of low viscosity.
The following production options are available:
GFRP products are suitable for temporary and permanent solutions and with their low-weight, their are ideal for decreasing risks associated with manual handling.

The system features a hollow bar, which is used as a drill string for drilling either with water flush, air flush or cement grout flush.
All system components are rigorously tested according to stringent factory standards and ISO 9001 to ensure that the specifications are met. The sacrificial drill bit significantly enhances the productivity of the installation process. In order to improve performance and cost-effectiveness, project data are being collected from around the world.
Continuous optimisation of our drill bits is a primary concern to further improve the penetration rate and bit quality while at the same time reducing manufacturing costs. For improved corrosion resistance, Self Drilling Anchor components are either hot dip galvanised or fitted with a TwinCoat coating (hot-dip galvanisation with an additional dual epoxy coating).
Resin Bolts Type G are anchors of modern design, with high anchoring and adjustment range of capacity.
Anchor rods are made of ribbed bar of nominal diameters dn = 20, dn = 22, dn = 25, dn = 28, and dn = 32 mm. Rods are threaded and beveled on its top with an angle of 45° or flat.
AP bolts are modern design anchors with a load capacity of up to 300 kN and a nut locking system (shear pin). The anchors can be used with three types of washers; a square washer, a round washer or a square washer with an eyelet made of 8 or 10 mm plate.
Providing ground support on the surface of mines.
Osro Straps are used in mining and tunnelling to provide continuous strip support between rock bolts, inhibiting fall-outs between the bolts and helping to maintain the integrity of rockmass.
The grips are made of typical J25, J29, and J36 type section and are fixed by two bolts or by bolt and hook screw M24 or M20.
SP-220, SP-270, and SP-320 W-straps have a similar design. They differ only in terms of steel sheet thickness and section width. There are deformations for added strength and appropriately spaced holes along the straps (round or oval as requested). It is possible to connect two or more mats cross wisely or length wisely.
In terms of a range of application and production method the mats can be divided into the following types:
The idea for designing these arches was created thanks to cooperation with the mining industry and is a response to the requirements of a rectangular coal mine to obtain a large width of the excavation.
Square arches consist of elements made of V-25 section shape joined by “overlapping” SD25 or SDO25 clamps.
Square arches consist of elements made of V-29 section shape joined by “overlapping” SD29 or SDO29 clamps.
We offer enhanced standing and roof support solutions in underground coal mining.
A one component material which after mixing at the site of application with the appropriate amount of water (water/powder ratio of 1:1 to 4:1) sets to become a durable concrete material.
The material, upon exiting the pump, is liquid and thus it is able to fill any roughness and gaps. Tekblend gels after about 3 minutes depending on the preparation method.
Tekblend is commonly applied in:
- building of monolithic packs for the protection of longwall galleries
- building of ventilation and explosion resistant seals
- building of isolation and backfill walls
- filling voids (cavities) above mining excavation roof support
- eliminating voids outside of mining excavation roof support
- filling backfill voids
- sealing of galleries

Upon exiting the pump, the material is liquid and thus it is able to fill any roughness and gaps. Tekblend H gels after about 10 minutes depending on the preparation method.
Our extensive range of polymer systems are used for stabilising, sealing and consolidating the ground.
GEOFLEX HS Component A is a special sodium silicate with additives. GEOFLEX HS Component B is a modified polyisocyanate.
The curing of Component A results in a silicate, whilst smultaneously a solid polyisocyanurate/polyurea is formed from Component B. The mixture of these two Components creates a tough, elastic, solid silicate resin (organic-mineral resin).
This product was designed to improve the productivity of ground support installation in underground mining and tunnelling applications. Using the pumpable resin enables the load to be taken up in minutes rather than the typical 24 hours from cementitious grouted systems. Typical applications of CarboThix™ include grouting of cable bolts, solid steel or GFRP bolts, self-drilling anchors and one-step bolting operations in automated mode or for consolidation injection works in direct overburden.
Our sprayed coatings and membranes provide additional ground support and waterproofing solutions.
Fibre reinforced, this product offers strengths over 55 MPa and can be used in conventional, dry-process shotcrete equipment. It is ideal where immediate structural strength is required.
