Capcem™ B5 is a single component cementitious powder that is mixed with water and is designed for the installation of mechanical long-anchors in mining and construction applications.
It is a pumpable single component grout, supplied in a 25 kg or 10 kg lined woven polypropylene bag. The mixed grout is intended for placement through a suitable grout pump.

Features
- Cement based product with no resins or solvents
- High pH inhibits corrosion
- Pump life of 3 hours minimum, mixing with water at 25°C
- Water temperature should be between 20°C and 30°C
- Pumped into the drilled hole before or after installation of the anchor, to give full column filling
- Compressive strength of 8 MPa, 24 hours after mixing with water
