Capcem™ Pumpable Grouts

Capcem™ 4/4 F Pumpable Grout is supplied as a ready-to-use dry powder encapsulated in a water permeable skin, 2 or 3 capsules per bag.

When required for use, the capsules are soaked in water, which is absorbed through the skin, to form a thixotropic non-shrink grout which has a fast rate of strength gain. The capsules are best used with a purpose-made SS1 Grout Pump.

It is a pumpable single component grout, supplied in a 25 kg or 10 kg lined woven polypropylene bag. The mixed grout is intended for placement through a suitable grout pump.

Capcem™ BPG is supplied as a ready-to-use dry powder requiring only the addition of water to produce a free-flowing, non-shrink grout.

The material is a blend of Portland cements, pregraded fillers and additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state whilst minimising water demand and ensuring high early strength and durability.

The filler grading is designed to aid uniform mixing and minimise segregation and bleeding.

Mixed with the correct quantity of water as tabulated, the grout has a pumping life of 20 minutes minimum at 25°C and are designed to gel within a few minutes after placement.

It  is supplied as a dry powder needing only the addition of water to produce an ultra-rapid set plugging mortar. This mortar sets rapidly to form a hard, durable mortar with an ultimate compressive strength of 10 MPa when mixed as advised.
