CarboStop F

CarboStop 402 resin consists of modified isocyanates with additives. CarboStop 402 ACC is a catalyst mixture designed to adapt the reaction speed to the situation.

To adapt the reaction speed, the accelerator CarboStop 402 ACC is added to the resin and mixed before pumping.

The reaction begins when the mix comes in contact with water. The reacted material has a high amount of closed cells under compressed as well as free rise conditions.

CarboStop 102 is a water-reactive one-component polyurethane resin that is CFC- and solvent free.

To adapt the reaction speed to the situation, the accelerator CarboStop 102 ACC is added to the resin. The reaction starts after contact with a sufficient quantity of water.

CarboStop U consists of modified isocyanates with softeners and additives. It cures by reaction with ambient water yielding a polyurethane / polyurea foam.

CarboStop U stops water inflows and provides a temporary seal, which often is satisfactory for the sealing of excavation sites during the construction work.

CarboStop F consists of modified isocyanates with softeners and additives. CarboAdd X is a catalyst blend.

CarboStop F cures by reaction with ambient water yielding a polyurethane/polyurea foam.

CarboStop W consists of modified isocyanates with softeners and additives. Prior to application, CarboAdd X which is a catalyst blend is added to CarboStop W to increase its reactivity.

The reaction mix thus obtained maintains its state for at least 8 hours without significant viscosity increase.

CarboStop E consists of modified isocyanates with softeners and additives. The CarboAdd X or XS products are catalyst blends.

CarboStop E cures by reaction with ambient water yielding a polyurethane/ polyurea foam.
