CarboPur

CarboPur are fast-reacting, two-component (2C) PU injection resins, developed for water-stopping and consolidation of ground and structures.

These resins are applicable over a wide range of temperatures and act effectively even against pressurised water.

CarboPur resins production line offers high-quality materials for temporary or permanent applications with different reaction data and resin behavior, applicable in infrastructure and civil engineering.

CarboPur WX is used for stabilisation in wet or water bearing rock formations. It is used for sealing water tributaries from rock formations, dams, or shaft walls. It can be used in renovation of wet shafts, tunnels, sewers, or brickwork.

CarboPur WF is used for sealing against water under hydrostatic pressure from strata, dams or shaft walls, sealing and consolidation in water-bearing strata and against water under pressure.

CarboPur WS is used for curtain injection in tunnels, dams, or on shaft walls; sealing against water, stabilisation, consolidation and repairing of cracks &/or fissures.

CarboPur WFA is used for sealing strong water ingress, e.g.construction pits, pipelines, shafts, and tunnels.

CarboPur WT is used in sealing against water under hydrostatic pressure from strata, dams or shaft walls, repair of wet shafts, tunnels, channels and walls, sealing of under water concrete sheet pilings and diaphragm walls.

CarboPur WF

CarboPur WF, Component A is a mixture of various polyols and additives and component B is a polyisocyanate.
When the mixed resin penetrates the structure to be sealed, the water in the cracks and joints is displaced due to the hydrophoby and the viscosity of the resin. Traces of water make the resin foam.

CarboPur WFA

This resin is designed for sealing and consolidation in water-bearing strata.

CarboPur WFA, Component A is a mixture of various polyols and additives which reacts with the B-component to form a tough/hard polyurethane resin. CarboPur, Component B is a polyisocyanate.

The two components are pumped by a dual component pump at the volumetric ratio of 1 : 1, they are mixed thoroughly in a static mixer unit prior to injection into the strata via a packer installed in a previously drilled borehole.

CarboPur WT

CarboPur WT, component A is a mixture of various polyols and additives, and CarboPur, component B is a polyisocyanate.

After mixing, the resin thickens immediately to a paste-like consistency. The mixed resin penetrates the structure to be sealed. The major part of water in there is displaced due to the hydrophoby and the viscosity of the resin. Traces of water make the resin foam.

CarboPur WX

CarboPur WX, Component A is a mixture of various polyols and additives which reacts with the B-component to form a tough/hard polyurethane resin. CarboPur, Component B is a polyisocyanate on the basis of 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI).

The accelerator CarboAdd WX can be used to promote the gelling reaction.

CarboPur WS

CarboPur WS consists of a Component A and a Component B. CarboPur WS (240502) Component A is a mixture of various polyols and additives, which reacts with the CarboPur Component B to a tough-hard polyurethane resin. CarboPur Component B is a modified polyisocyanate.

CarboPur WS is used for consolidation in wet and water-bearing strata. It is used for sealing against water under hydrostatic pressure from strata, dams, shaft walls and in salt-water environments.

With strong outflow of water or in case of cold water we recommend the use of Carbopur WF.
