CarboPur resins production line offers high-quality materials for temporary or permanent applications with different reaction data and resin behavior, applicable in infrastructure and civil engineering.

These resins are applicable over a wide range of temperatures and act effectively even against pressurised water.

CarboPur WX is used for stabilisation in wet or water bearing rock formations. It is used for sealing water tributaries from rock formations, dams, or shaft walls. It can be used in renovation of wet shafts, tunnels, sewers, or brickwork.

CarboPur WS is used for curtain injection in tunnels, dams, or on shaft walls; sealing against water, stabilisation, consolidation and repairing of cracks &/or fissures.

CarboPur WFA is used for sealing strong water ingress, e.g.construction pits, pipelines, shafts, and tunnels.

These products are used for:

Grouting of fine to very fine hair line cracks and water-carrying sands or porous materials. Used for deep injecting, fixing of anchors, stabilisation and sealing of loose rock, stoppage of water inflow (also salt water), injecting of man-accessible sewer lines and tubes.

Stopping water inflow (also salt water), stabilisation and water sealing of loose rock, grouting of fine to medium-fine grained sands and gravel, fixing of anchors, injection of cracks, honeycombs, injections of man-accessible sewer lines and tubes

Stopping of water inflow (also salt water), sealing of loose rock, sealing of cracks and expansion joints in bridges and concrete structures. For use in deep injection, grouting of medium-fine to larger cracks, fissures, honeycombs, injections of man-accessible sewer lines and tubes where high elasticity and flexibility is required.

RD10 is environmentally friendly and can be applied through either topical means or mixed in with the soil.

The control of dust, typically by the topical application of water, can be a costly and disruptive process – often effective for only a limited time period.

RD10 is a water soluble non-hazardous emulsion that is designed specifically for:

• Dust Suppression
• Erosion control – stock piles
• Soil solidification and stabilization

The application of RD10 is completed by adding a percentage of the product to the water being used to control dust. Any water source can be used as the water is simply a carrier for the RD10 agent. Depending on the application, various rates of RD10 can be used.

TekCrete Fast was developed in response to customer  demand for a shotcrete (gunite) with effectively immediate strength on application. TekCrete Fast may be used with or without steel or polymer mesh, although the use of mesh will provide additional tensile and flexural strength.

Fiber reinforced, this product offers superlative adhesion characteristics with typical compressive strengths over 11,000 psi. It is ideally suited for use where immediate structural strength is required.

Binding broken base material together for better structural integrity, TekCrete Fast can be used anywhere where conventional shotcrete (gunite) is used and with any coating or sealant. It performs best when applied as soon as possible after the base material is exposed. Including rebound, TekCrete Fast has a surface coverage of approximately 8.2 ft² per 60lb. bag at an application thickness of 1⁄2“.

TekFlex® is safe to handle and apply using conventional systems and can be hand applied or mechanically applied. No specific ventilation requirements are necessary for the application with only conventional PPE required.

Celroc P is a high-strength, non-shrink, non-metallic grout consisting of rapid hardening hydraulic cement and super plasticizer. Designed to produce a pumpable grout at low w/c ratios with the unique features of being highly resistant to dilution in moving water and aggressive ground conditions.

TekGrout® is a single-component, variable strength cementitious injection grout designed as an alternative to polyurethane systems.

A wide flexibility with strengths and viscosities enables excellent strata penetration and gel times as low as 40 seconds. The material’s adhesive and interlocking characteristics collectively assure a solid bond.

It has got a high polarity and is environmentally compatible. Not for applications with sodium silicate based components ( e.g. Carbothix Compt A, CarboLith Compt A etc), as CarboSolv D reacts with sodium silicate.

Cleanser for polyurethane applications, especially for flushing and cleaning pumps and hoses.

CarboSolv D is a degreasing agent, thus after contact with skin insure to proper clean with soap and water making sure to apply lotion to skin.

It is readily biodegradable. It is compatible with the standard sealing materials such as Viton, FPM, HBNR, AU, NBR.

Celbex 653 is a blend of water-soluble, high molecular-weight polymers supplied as a white powder.

It is designed to provide a stable polymer matrix enveloping every cement particle, which functions as a protective coating and thus prevents water washout.
