Tekcrete™ Fast

Tekcrete™ Fast is a specially designed, ultra-rapid hardening, high performance dry process shotcrete for use in conventional, dry-process shotcrete equipment.

TekCrete Fast was developed in response to customer  demand for a shotcrete (gunite) with effectively immediate strength on application. TekCrete Fast may be used with or without steel or polymer mesh, although the use of mesh will provide additional tensile and flexural strength.

Fiber reinforced, this product offers superlative adhesion characteristics with typical compressive strengths over 11,000 psi. It is ideally suited for use where immediate structural strength is required.

Binding broken base material together for better structural integrity, TekCrete Fast can be used anywhere where conventional shotcrete (gunite) is used and with any coating or sealant. It performs best when applied as soon as possible after the base material is exposed. Including rebound, TekCrete Fast has a surface coverage of approximately 8.2 ft2 per 60lb. bag at an application thickness of 1⁄2“.

Tekcrete™ Pro 1500

Tekcrete™ Pro 1500 is ideal for large vertical and overhead structural repairs where a rapid hardening product is needed.

Supplied as a ready to use dry powder, formulated for dry mix shotcrete requiring only the addition of water.

The controlled set feature allows 10-15 mins of working time for troweling if needed. Very high early and ultimate compressive strengths are achievable. Each 60 lb bag of TekCrete Pro 1500 contains approximately 0.45 cubic feet of material.

Tekcrete™ Pro

The required low water-to-cement ratio ensures high early (and ultimate) strengths.

TekCrete Pro's shrinkage compensation minimizes stress at the bond line. It may be applied wet but ask Minova for guidance. Each 60lb bag of TekCrete Pro contains approx. 0.45 cubic feet of material.

Fiber reinforced, this product offers strengths over 8,000 psi, and can be used in conventional, dry-process gunite equipment. It is ideal where immediate structural strength is required.

The product can be used with or without steel or polymer mesh, although the mesh will provide additional tensile and flexural strength.

Binding broken strata together for better structural integrity, TekCrete Fast M can be used anywhere in a mine where conventional gunite is used and as with any coating or sealant, it performs best when applied as soon as possible after the strata is exposed. Including rebound, TekCrete Fast M has a surface coverage of approximately 8.2 ft2 per 60 lb. bag at a thickness of 1⁄2“.
